Meet the Victorian Team 

Tim Jeffries - Director 

Tim is married to Jay and they have four kids, Tuscan, River, Eucalypt and Harvest. Tim has a Bachelor in Theology, Diploma of Youth Work and experience in ministries ranging from traditional youth and young adults ministry to missional church and local neighbourhood community development. He also has experience managing and leading teams and working in educational environments.

Gregg Morris - Facilitator  

Born in Aotearoa (New Zealand) Gregg has heritage from two islands - Samoa in the Pacific and Ireland in the Atlantic. This means he feels at home in both warm & cold climates! He loves football (the round ball version) and supports the Wellington Phoenix even though he lives in Melbourne. Gregg and his wife Bronwyn were residents at Urban Seed from 1997 to 2000. In the years that followed, Gregg worked in both Melbourne and Auckland as a drug safety worker for young male clients, running a residential home for young women coming out of prostitution and with high school students with learning & behavioral needs. Gregg is an accredited trainer of Response Ability Pathways and holds a Diploma of Youth Work.

Ina Atioo - Year 2 co-ordinator 

Ina along with her husband Tanielu lead and support a Samoan Community Church in West Melbourne.  Ina has over 17 years’ experience in youth work, she has worked predominately with Pacific Island young people in High Schools and in the local community she grew up in. Before moving to Melbourne in 2012, Ina and her family lived in Samoa for 4 years. Ina has a Diploma in Child & Adolescence Guidance Counselling, Diploma of Youth Work & Certificate IV TAA to her name.

Dave Fagg - Facilitator 

Dave is married to Kylie with whom he has lived and worked among marginalised people since their late teens. They travelled to the USA and South Africa to learn about organisations doing grassroots community development before moving to a housing commission area in Bendigo in 2005. Since then they have been involved with the local neighbourhood and Seeds Bendigo as well as becoming parents to Shane and grandparents to Toby, Amity and Theresa. 

Dave is a qualified teacher, with a Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Youth Work & Certificate IV TAA to his name. He’s completing a Graduate Diploma of Theology at Whitley College. 


Sarah Wood - Promotions/ Student Support 

Sarah's life was changed when she stumbled upon the Praxis course in 2013. Prior to this she worked as an Interior designer, project managing renovations and shopping for expensive couches. Sarah's passion for people and self discovery led her to enrol in the Praxis course which opened her eyes to the needs of young people in her community. Sarah loves teaching and hospitality and is inspired to share the love and generosity she experienced at Praxis wherever she goes. 

Cassie Silke - Student Support  

Born and raised in Melbourne, Cassie has a heritage from Samoa, England and Ireland. Cassie is passionate about learning her Samoan culture and connecting with young Maori and Pacific Islanders. Cassie has a deep love for the game she believes is played in Heaven - Rugby. Her favourite player, angel and also Husband to be is Luti Tapeli - past Praxis Victoria student.
Cassie is a qualified teacher, with a Bachelor of Education (Physical Education and Health and Human Development), Diploma in YW, Certificate 1V TAE & Certificate 3 in Sport and Recreation to her name.

Lucas Bartlett - Year 1 Co-ordinator 

This is Lucas! Lucas is the new year one coordinator at Praxis. Lucas has done lots of things over the years from high school chaplaincy to working with at risk young people and refugees. When Lucas isn’t at Praxis he is the Regional Coordinator of Christian Surfers in Victoria and Tasmania.
