What qualification do I receive?

You receive a Diploma of Youth Work (CHC51408), which is nationally recognised.

What about Austudy?

The Praxis Diploma allows you to apply for  student payments like Youth Allowance and Austudy (to cover living costs). You must check these websites to check your eligibility & apply:

Course Fees

Course fees are $6,940 per year.

New Zealand block course is $700, which includes return flight costs. Financial assistance is available.

What do my fees cover?

• All tuition fees including: training costs, workbooks and readings, accreditation fees
• They do not cover other stationery
• They do not cover travel to training intensives
• They do not cover the cost of non-timetabled study options or extra overseas study options.

When does the course start?

February 7-13, 2010. This is the first training intensive.
